Intellicialis respects your privacy. This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit intellicialis.com, contact us, or submit a careers application. It covers this corporate website and recruitment, not separate games, platforms, or products that may have their own notices.
1. Data controller
Intellicialis is an independent video game development brand. The individual responsible for personal data processed through this website is:
Carlos Alberto Martinez CarrilloCalle 30 Sur No. 810
Ciudad Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico
Email: contact@intellicialis.com
2. Personal information we collect
If you email us, we may receive your name, email address, message, attachments, and any information you choose to provide. When you visit the website, our infrastructure and security providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, URLs requested, and security-related signals. We do not ask visitors to submit sensitive personal data through ordinary inquiries.
3. Purposes and legal handling
We use this information to operate and protect the website, answer inquiries, assess business or collaboration proposals, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. These are the primary purposes of processing. We do not use contact inquiries to subscribe you to advertising communications without the consent required by law. If we introduce new nonessential purposes, we will disclose them and provide the required choices before processing.
4. Cookies and analytics
Cloudflare supports delivery and security of this website and may use essential security cookies and related technologies. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, we may receive aggregate traffic insights; it is designed to work without analytics cookies. We do not currently describe this website as using advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking. Any future nonessential tracking will be disclosed and, where required, subject to consent. You can control cookies in your browser, although restricting necessary cookies may affect functionality.
5. Service providers and transfers
Hosting, security, analytics (when enabled), and email providers may process information to deliver their services. Some providers may process data outside Mexico. We limit disclosures to operationally necessary purposes, lawful requests, and other cases permitted by applicable law, and apply legally required safeguards and notices for data transfers. We do not sell personal data or provide it to advertisers for their independent marketing. Linked services such as Steam and social networks have separate privacy policies.
6. Retention and security
We keep inquiries while necessary to respond or maintain a relevant business relationship, and technical or security records for applicable operational retention periods. Legal obligations may require longer retention. When data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable organizational and technical protections, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your privacy rights
Under Mexican data-protection law, you may request access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO) regarding your personal data. Where legally applicable, you may also revoke consent or limit use or disclosure. Send requests to contact@intellicialis.com with your name, a contact method, a description of the data and right involved, and information reasonably necessary to establish your identity or representation. We may seek clarification or proof of identity and will respond within statutory deadlines. Some requests may be limited by applicable legal obligations.
8. Children and external links
This corporate website does not intentionally request children's personal information. Parents or guardians can contact us about information involving minors. External websites linked here are operated independently and follow their own privacy notices.
9. Changes to this notice
We may revise this notice to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated version and its date will appear on this page; additional notice or consent will be provided when legally required.
10. Contact
For questions about this notice or the processing of personal data, contact contact@intellicialis.com.
11. Careers applications
When you submit a general application or express interest in an opportunity, we receive your name, email, interests, professional experience, and any portfolio, CV, availability, approximate location, or compensation information you choose to share. We use this information to assess your application, communicate about relevant opportunities, and manage the selection process. Do not send identity documents, financial account details, or sensitive personal data at this stage.
Application information is accessible only to people authorized to recruit. If we use Google Forms and Google Sheets, Google processes and stores the information as a service provider, potentially outside Mexico, under its applicable terms and privacy arrangements. Application responses and recruitment records are not made public. Google may also process technical information when you use its services; see Google's Privacy Policy.
We retain applications while assessing them and completing related communication, ordinarily no longer than six months after submission unless a selection process is ongoing or a legal obligation requires longer retention. If you separately opt in, we may retain your profile and contact you about future opportunities for up to 12 months after submission. This secondary purpose is optional: refusing it does not affect assessment of your present application. You can decline by leaving the optional consent unchecked, or withdraw it later by emailing contact@intellicialis.com. If applying by email, explicitly say whether you want to join this future-opportunity pool.
The rights and request procedure in section 7 also apply to applications. Joining our public Discord is optional and has no bearing on selection. Access to private team tools is arranged separately after an agreement.
